Byron Belcher

artist of "Beware of Dog" and "Bad Humors"

Hi! My name is Byron Belcher, I’m a mixed media artist based in LA and a recent graduate from UC Santa Cruz. Collage is my chosen form of expression being that I enjoy the act of putting imperfect fragments together to create something new. During my time at UC Santa Cruz I exhibited my work in student publications such as: Fruitcake, Chinquapin, Twanas and Matchbox Magazine.

Dylan Bowen

artist of "Vampire"

My name is Dylan. I'm from Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. Right now I live in Providence, Rhode Island. I'm currently in school at RISD for my photography certificate. I like to spend my time with my dog Jerri. And if I'm not with Jerri I'm probably making art. I work mostly in photography and film, but love to experiment with lots of different things. And I think most of my inspiration comes from nature and the people in my life. I really enjoy being outside and hearing people's stories.

Syd Christopher

artist of "LAST OPTION, 30 MG"

Syd Christopher (they/them) is a Los Angeles based filmmaker, publisher, photographic director, and artist. They were born and raised in San Diego, CA and had a strong interest in filmmaking and the arts since childhood.

They went to UC Santa Cruz to study film and digital media, as well as studied abroad in London at the Queen Mary University of London. There, they began to make zines and distribute them around the city for free. This would eventually turn into AutoHaus Zines --- where they publish compilation zines and more on a yearly basis.

By day they work as a freelancer in the film industry, but by night they participate in the zine community, jump into the pit at punk shows, and grow their small kewpie doll collection.

Mario Dante

photographer of "The Centipede's Dilemma"

Mario Dante’s work is a playful, yet macabre insight into the space between childhood and adulthood. Mario takes photographs of suburban New Jersey, and physically and digitally manipulates those images to imagine an alternate world.

Victor Hannibal

author of "Check the Trap"

Victor Hannibal is a horror writer and pixel artist based in the UK. He runs Vinegar Zines, a group dedicated to creating unique zine concepts, primarily in the horror and mystery genres, and helping people who struggle to access conventional publishing to see their work in print. His own creations have been featured in many zines, publications, and podcasts. As a lifelong fan of the creepy and weird, Victor is always looking for inspiration to start his next uneasy psychological horror project, whether that arrives in the form of a short story, piece of artwork, or indie game. Outside of work, he loves cult media, reading books, and walking in the mountains.

Don Tucker

author of "Barry and Robin"

Don Tucker, 37, high school teacher in central Massachusetts where I was born and raised. In my free time you can find me reading or writing short stories. I loved to write when I was a kid, and only within the past few years have I tried to reignite that passion. I am also working on a novel that I hope to finish within the next year or so. I may need to either open a bookstore soon or stop leaving every yard sale and thrift shop with piles of books. The latter is unlikely. My other passions include trying to not pull a hamstring while I’m at one of my beer league softball games.
